Perfect for any gathering, these wings are seasoned with a spicy flour mixture, grilled to crispy perfection, and coated in a rich, buttery Chipotle Hot Sauce from Goldwater's. Follow these simple steps for a deliciously smoky and spicy treat that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Flour, All-purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 20 Chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Goldwater's Chipotle Hot Sauce

Instructions:

  • Preparation:

    • Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat to medium heat.
  • Seasoning the Wings:

    • In a resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Shake well to mix.
    • Add the chicken wings to the bag, seal, and toss until well coated with the flour mixture.
    • Place the coated wings onto a prepared baking sheet and refrigerate uncovered for at least 2 hours for best results. (Tip: Make sure to dry the wings before coating them with the flour mixture.)
  • Grilling the Wings:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and Goldwater's Chipotle Hot Sauce.
    • Dip each wing into the butter mixture, then place back on the plate.
    • Place the wings on the grill and cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and crispy on the outside, about 20-30 minutes or longer, depending on the size of the wings. Turn the wings halfway through cooking for even grilling and lightly brush with additional Goldwater's Chipotle Hot Sauce.
