Cochise Black Bean & Corn Queso Dip

This rich and flavorful Cheesy Salsa Dip is a perfect crowd-pleaser for any occasion. With a blend of creamy cheeses, fresh cilantro, and the hearty goodness of Goldwater's Cochise Black Bean & Corn Salsa, it's a dip that's sure to be the star of your next gathering.
Ingredients: 
  • 1T Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup White Onion, Diced
  • 1T Garlic, minced
  • 6 oz White American Cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz Provolone Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Half & Half (More as needed)
  • 1 Roma Tomato, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Jar Goldwater's Cochise Black Bean & Corn Salsa 

Prep Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a medium sauce pan over medium heat
  2. Add garlic & onions and cook until soft. Add 1/4 cup of Half & Half and all cheeses
  3. Stir mixture slowly until melted through. Stir in the tomatoes, cilantro and Goldwater's Cochise Black Bean & Corn Salsa. If needed, use additional Half & Half to thin the mixture. 

Service with heated tortillas or chips.
