Cochise Black Bean & Corn Queso Dip

This rich and flavorful Cheesy Salsa Dip is a perfect crowd-pleaser for any occasion. With a blend of creamy cheeses, fresh cilantro, and the hearty goodness of Goldwater's Cochise Black Bean & Corn Salsa, it's a dip that's sure to be the star of your next gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1T Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup White Onion, Diced
- 1T Garlic, minced
- 6 oz White American Cheese, shredded
- 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
- 4 oz Provolone Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup Half & Half (More as needed)
- 1 Roma Tomato, diced
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Jar Goldwater's Cochise Black Bean & Corn Salsa
Prep Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a medium sauce pan over medium heat
- Add garlic & onions and cook until soft. Add 1/4 cup of Half & Half and all cheeses
- Stir mixture slowly until melted through. Stir in the tomatoes, cilantro and Goldwater's Cochise Black Bean & Corn Salsa. If needed, use additional Half & Half to thin the mixture.
Service with heated tortillas or chips.
