Goldwater's Fiesta Brie

This indulgent and flavorful Brie with Goldwater’s Paradise Pineapple Salsa is the perfect appetizer for any occasion. The creamy brie, sweet and spicy pineapple salsa, and a touch of chili powder create a deliciously unique combination that will have your guests coming back for more.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium Brie
  • 1 Jar Goldwater's Paradise Pineapple Salsa
  • 3x 1.5 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1T Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts, Toasted 

Preparation Instructions: 

  1. Slice medium sized brie in half HORIZONTALLY. Scoop out brie from bottom half to make a shallow saucer. 
  2. Spoon Goldwater's Paradise Pineapple Salsa onto bottom half. 
  3. Replace top inserting toothpicks to hold together
  4. Spread lightly with 3 1.5oz cream cheese, mixed with 1 teaspoon of chili powder. Top with toasted walnuts (optional) 
  5. Place on a microwave safe serving dish and microwave for 35 seconds or until soft to touch. 

Goldwater's Mohave Mango Salsa or Papago Peach Salsa can be substituted in this recipe.
