Goldwater's Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 1 Dozen Eggs, hardboiled (can do homemade or the boiled & peeled eggs from the store)
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Jalapeno Peppers, chopped & pickled
- 1 Jar Goldwater's Mohave Mango Salsa *to taste
Preparation Instructions:
- Cut eggs in half, put yolks in a small bowl
- Mix in mayo and jalapenos with yolks until creamy
- Take zip lock bag and fill with mixture, cut one corner and use to pipe mixture into eggs
- Top each egg with a dollop of Goldwater's Mohave Mango Salsa and enjoy
*Another version of this recipe is to substitute 1 tablespoon of Curry Powder for the Jalapenos
