Goldwater's Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 Dozen Eggs, hardboiled (can do homemade or the boiled & peeled eggs from the store)
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Jalapeno Peppers, chopped & pickled
  • 1 Jar Goldwater's Mohave Mango Salsa *to taste

Preparation Instructions: 

  1. Cut eggs in half, put yolks in a small bowl
  2. Mix in mayo and jalapenos with yolks until creamy
  3. Take zip lock bag and fill with mixture, cut one corner and use to pipe mixture into eggs
  4. Top each egg with a dollop of Goldwater's Mohave Mango Salsa and enjoy 

*Another version of this recipe is to substitute 1 tablespoon of Curry Powder for the Jalapenos
