Goldwater's Southwest Seven Layer Fiesta Dip

This vibrant and flavorful Seven-Layer Dip combines fresh ingredients and Goldwater’s Cochise Corn & Black Bean Salsa for a fun and satisfying dip that’s perfect for parties or casual gatherings. Creamy guacamole, shredded cheese, fresh veggies, and a spicy kick come together in each delicious layer.

Ingredients: 

  • 1M Avocado - ripe, pitted, and mashed
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1T Garlic, crushed
  • 1/4T Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 Cups Goldwater's Cochise Corn & Black Bean Salsa
  • 1/2 Cup Scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Black Olives, choopped
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Cups Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Large Tomato, Diced
  • Tabasco sauce to taste 

Preparation Instructions: 

  1. Combine mashed avocados with sour cream, garlic, salt, lemon juice & Tabasco to make the guacamole
  2. Layer the ingredients in a shallow dish in the following order: lettuce, guacamole, onions, 1/8 cup of cilantro, 1 cup of the Goldwater's Cochise Corn & Black Bean Salsa, 1/4 cup of both cheeses, and 1/4 cup of the olives. Add the other cup of the Cochise Corn & Black Bean Salsa, remaining cheeses, olives, cilantro, and tomatoes. 

Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
