Papago Peach Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz.) Salmon Fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Cracked Black Peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 jar Goldwater’s Papago Peach Salsa

Instructions:

  • Marinate the Salmon:

    • In a small bowl, combine the cracked black peppercorns, kosher salt, crushed garlic, cinnamon, and chili powder.
    • Rub the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
    • Marinate the salmon fillets for 1/2 hour.
  • Pan Sear the Salmon:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Pan sear the marinated salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a golden crust.
  • Bake the Salmon:

    • Transfer the seared salmon fillets to a baking dish.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve:
    • Top each salmon fillet with a generous spoonful of Goldwater’s Papago Peach Salsa.
    • Serve immediately.
