Add a Southwestern twist to your classic guacamole with Goldwater’s Rio Verde Tomatillo Salsa. This vibrant and flavorful dip is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe avocados, mashed
- ½ jar Goldwater’s Rio Verde Tomatillo Salsa
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime or ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Avocados:
- In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth.
- Mix Ingredients:
- Add the Goldwater’s Rio Verde Tomatillo Salsa, finely diced onion, minced garlic, and lime or lemon juice to the mashed avocados.
- Season:
