Spicy Deviled Eggs with Goldwater’s Mohave Mango Salsa

Add a Southwestern twist to your deviled eggs with this delicious recipe featuring Goldwater’s Mohave Mango Salsa. Perfect for any gathering, these deviled eggs offer a creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy flavor that will leave your guests wanting more.

Ingredients:

  • 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeño peppers (add more for extra spice)
  • Goldwater’s Mohave Mango Salsa, as needed

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Eggs:

    Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
    • Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
  • Make the Filling:

    Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
    • Mix in the mayonnaise and sour cream until the mixture is creamy.
    • Stir in the chopped pickled jalapeños.
  • Fill the Eggs:

    Spoon the yolk mixture into a zip lock bag.
    • Cut off one corner of the bag and pipe the mixture into the hollowed egg whites.
  • Top with Salsa:
    • Add a dollop of Goldwater’s Mohave Mango Salsa on top of each filled egg.
Alternative Version: For a different flavor, substitute 1 tablespoon of curry powder for the jalapeños in the yolk mixture.
