Spicy Sautéed Corn with Chipotle Red Hot Sauce

Add a touch of Southwestern spice to your holiday table with this delicious Spicy Sautéed Corn. Featuring the smoky heat of Goldwater’s Chipotle Red Hot Sauce, this dish is a perfect side to complement any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3 Shallots, chopped
  • 3 cans Corn, whole kernel, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Goldwater’s Chipotle Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin

Instructions:

  • Sauté the Shallots:

    • Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
    • Add the chopped shallots and sauté until almost caramelized, about 4 minutes.
  • Cook the Corn:

    • Add the drained corn, Goldwater’s Chipotle Red Hot Sauce, and cumin to the pan.
    • Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the corn is thoroughly heated.

    Serving:

    • Serves 8-10
