Dear Carolyn-
What a surprise whenI got home from work this afternoon! My order arrived in great condition and as I unpacked the box my mouth started watering looking at all the goodies.
We had steamed shrimp for dinner and I mixed in some of the Original Hot Sauce with the cocktail sauce. The flavor of this sauce is so smooth it lays on the tongue and seeps into the taste buds with a lingering aftertaste that is a great addition to the ketchup and horseradish. Each
one enhances the flavors of the other two, and makes this a treat I'll look forward to more often.
Then I opened the Green Habanero Sauce, tried a little with a spoon to get the flavor, then mixed some with sour cream and made a fabulous dip for corn chips. Utz Corn Chips, from Hanover, PA, makes our favorite chips, and the green sauce, while not having the immediate bite of the reds, has a distinctive easy flavor kind of like warm green peppers.
What a delightful way to have a dining experience. I know these things I ordered won't last long, as I already know of some friends who'll enjoy trying your products, and I'll spread the word out here about them.
